Our promise

If anything goes wrong with your download — file won't open, lost access, wrong content delivered, or you never received your link — email us at hello@theneuroaffirminghome.com and we will fix it within 24 hours. Your experience after purchase matters as much as the sale itself.

Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

All products sold on this store are digital goods (including but not limited to downloadable files, e-books, guides, online courses, templates, and other informational content). Because these products are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, save for the exceptions below.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are buying a digital product that is delivered instantly or within a short timeframe via download link, email, or member portal access.
• You waive any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, or "cooling-off" period that may otherwise apply to distance contracts, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including, where applicable, Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).
• No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once the order has been placed and the digital content has been made available to you.

Exceptions

Refunds will be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate charge: You were billed more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
• Non-delivery: You did not receive access to your purchased product within a reasonable time and our support team is unable to resolve the access issue.
• Mandatory legal rights: Where applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you a non-waivable right to a refund that overrides this policy.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date, together with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to verify each request and to decline refund claims that fall outside the scope above.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to revoke access to the digital product and to pursue recovery of any associated fees. Please write to us first — we want to help.
